Every morning I wake up to my alarm or to my son crying or pulling on my blanket which tells me its time to get up. I make my way to the kitchen to get me a glass of 9.5PH Kangen water® and make breakfast which lately has been weet-bix or toast as those are the easiest to make and my son eats them. I let him watch cartoons in the morning so I can get his bag and clothes from the room which I have prepared the night before so that the only thing I need to do in the morning is make him a bottle for kohanga, he drinks normal cows milk mixed with clean water from the Kangen® machine to dilute the milk. The next mission is to brush his teeth, he likes brushing them himself but without toothpaste, so I’ve been trying to brush them myself, so I know that they are getting brushed well. Next is to get some clean clothes on him, depending on his mood he will be a good boy and sit there and let me dress him, or he will run away from me and not want to get dressed. But he’s usually a good boy as he knows he’s going to kohanga which he loves, because at home there’s just adults and a newborn so he doesn’t get to play with kids his age. At his kohanga they pick and drop him off so that makes every morning easier which is awesome, so when they come pick him up he gets excited and walks to the van and off he goes without even waving goodbye to me. I then go make me some breakfast and fill my drink bottle for the day. I am more of a morning shower person as my son is at kohanga and I don’t have to sneak to the bathroom. After my shower I feel ready for the day, which means its time to do any washing or cleaning that needs to be done or do some work towards the Kangen water® business. Like check my facebook do some posts, check my blog website or start thinking of my next blog or start writing or edit a photo to go with my blog. By the time I have done cleaning and work its lunchtime, which is when I start feeling hungry and need to refill my bottle with Kangen water®. I start making some lunch for myself and Shayne, I try to make something easy and with whatever is in the kitchen. Once cooked I wake Shayne up if he isn’t already so we can have lunch together before son gets home from kohanga at around 2pm. Once he is home, I give him a snack and a drink of Kangen water® 8.5PH as he is only 22 months old. I love spending some quality time with him because he reminds me that I made him, I made an actual human being which is crazy to me. When it hits around 5pm I usually start thinking about dinner and what to cook which is usually something that I can make with the food that’s in the pantry, fridge and freezer. Once I have figured out what I’m cooking it usually takes me around 1-2 hours depending on what I’m cooking and how many times I’m interrupted by my son but then I’m saved by Shayne or my in-laws so I can get dinner done. Once dinner is cooked and eaten its time to clean up the kitchen with some strong acidic water from the Kangen® machine, then to give my son a bath then bedtime as it would usually be around 7-8pm which is his bedtime. He doesn’t particularly like going to bed so it takes a bit to get him to sleep, but sometimes when he is really tired he will jump into bed all by himself which makes it a whole lot easier on me as I don’t have to wrestle him to go to sleep. Once he is asleep, I get his bag, lunch and clothes ready for kohanga the next day. I then get myself a glass of Kangen water® and fill my bottle to put beside my bed just in case I wake up thirsty then jump into bed for a well-deserved rest to get ready to do it all over again.
