Kangen water is produced by a kangen water ionizing machine which is created by a Japanese company named Enagic. Not only does the machine filter your regular tap water but it also produces five different water types. These are strong kangen water, kangen water, clean water, beauty water and strong acidic water.
Strong kangen water produces the highest Ph level from the machine which is Ph 11. Strong Kangen is not for everyday drinking, it is only drunken when you are sick or have a hangover (for those ones who drink alcohol). This is because the Ph level is too high for the body to consume as our stomachs still need some acid to process and digest food. Other uses consist of food prep as it removes the rawness from veges, such as green onions, radishes, wasabi and more. Cleaning is another use for this water for cleaning chopping boards, dishcloths as well as general kitchen cleaning and dishes. This water is also good for stain removal as the extra strength and absorption power will remove hard to remove stains, such as coffee, condiments and even oil stains.
Kangen water is perfect for everyday drinking and healthy cooking. This alkaline, micro-clustered antioxidant rich water works to restore your body to a more alkaline state, which is optimal for good health as it is hard for diseases to survive in an alkaline environment. this is because diseases live in very low oxygen, and acidic conditions and derive energy from sugars in the cells by fermenting them the way yeast does. diseases can be partially attributed to prolonged exposure to toxins, especially in cells that haven’t been nourished, oxygenated, hydrated, and cleansed in a long time. That’s when kangen water comes into play, because of the alkalinity in the water it nourishes and hydrates the cells back to health. Kangen water is optimal for everyday drinking throughout the day just like you would with normal water, as it has no unpleasant odour, tastes lighter and has a pleasantly sweet flavour. Food prep and cooking are other uses for kangen water, as it enhances the flavour of veges, such as broccoli, onions, cauliflower etc. By boiling veges in kangen water you will notice that you will need less salt and condiments as the natural flavour of the veges is prominent there’s no need to add anything.
Clean water is ideal for taking medication, making baby food and making baby formula. Taking medication with clean water is ideal as if you were to take it with kangen water the medication would get into your bloodstream a lot faster, instead of having a slow release into the bloodstream. When it comes to babies and kangen water they don't need it because when you are born, you are pure, and your body is already in an alkaline state which is optimal for good health. But when you start eating and drinking acidity that’s when you start drinking kangen water. When babies are first born clean water is ideal for making baby formula, and when they are old enough for solids you can boil their foods in clean water to enhance the flavours without needing to add salt or sugar.
Beauty water is not for drinking as it is on the more acidic side of the PH scale. But it is perfect for washing your face because of the astringent properties of acidic water are effective in toning and firming your skin. Using beauty water after shampoo instead of conditioner as it reduces tangles and brings out a radiant shine. It is also good to spray on your pets’ fur to obtain soft and shiny fur. Another awesome use for the water is to spray over meat and veges before freezing, so that the food doesn't lose its flavour when you thaw it out.
Strong acidic water is also not for drinking as it has disinfecting properties. Which is ideal for cleaning and disinfecting, hygiene, commercial cleaning, sanitizing kitchen utensils, counter tops and more to prevent cross-contamination. I put a spray bottle fill with strong acidic water in my bathroom to disinfect my hands, toothbrush and as a mouth wash. I also have a spray bottle in the kitchen for wiping down the counter top and for washing dishes. When cleaning dishes with strong acidic you do not need to use a lot of detergent as the acidic water is sterilizing and disinfecting the dishes.
Today I have explained the five different water types produced by the kangen water ionizing machine by Enagic. Which are strong kangen water PH 11 used for cleaning and food prep, kangen water PH 8.5-9.5 used for drinking and cooking, clean water PH 7 used for medication and baby food, beauty water PH 4-6 used for face, hair and pet care and strong acidic water PH 2.5 used for sanitizing and disinfecting.
